30.03.2007 Portfolio Berlin Neukölln Ende März 2007 konnte das Beratungsteam der Solanj Berlin u. a. ein kleineres Wohnungsportfolio in guter Lage von Berlin Neukölln aus Privatbesitz mit 100 Wohneinheiten und einem Gesamttransaktionsvolumen von knapp über 3,20 Mio. Euro an einen der führenden US-Investmentfonds platzieren.

16.11.2007 Sale of a residential and commercial portfolio The advisor team of the Solanj GmbH is proud to have received the exclusive order of the appraisal and the sale of a nationwide residential and commercial portfolio with a total of 5.100 residential and commercial units (=165 residential and commercial buildings). This placement comes from the private assets of a highly regarded family of industrials and is an „Off Market Transaction“ for selected clients and should be carried out in the next quarter.

These properties are located in an exceptional location in Saarland and have a total 105 of residential and commercial units. We thank our clients for the trust they have given us.
10.09.2007 Sale of a Berlin-Portfolio The advisor team of the Solanj GmbH is pleased about the successful placement of a Berlin Portfolio consisting of 35 residential and business buildings as well over 1.050 residential and commercial premises. It is a considerable transaction volume in the form of a so-called "Share deal", through the sale of several special purpose vehicles (SPV). The purchase price is confidential.
The sold products came from the stock of one of the biggest independent Austrian real estate investors for private and institutional investors and went to one of the leading German Real Estate companies listed in the stock market. Also here, the advisor team of Solanj GmbH, once again could assert itself successfully against its competitors in the frame of a so-called "Off-Market-Transaction".
15.05.2007 Residential and Commercial Building Saarbrücken In the middle of May 2007, the real estate team of Solanj GmbH has, amongst other things, sell a medium sized residential and commercial building in good location of Saarbrücken/Saarland with barely 200 residential and commercial premises from a renowned insurance company, to the leading American private Equity funds with for a total value of about 11 million Euro.
